1. High-Temperature Ceramics: High-temperature ceramics are ceramics fired at high temperatures. They are characterized by high hardness and strength, good wear resistance, and chemical stability. High-temperature ceramics are commonly used to manufacture various high-temperature resistant utensils, stoves, furnace tubes, heating elements, etc. Al2O3 Ceramics: High in alumina, with a relatively dense structure, they possess special properties, hence the name "special ceramics." Al2O3 ceramic materials have a close-packed hexagonal structure composed of oxygen ions, with aluminum ions filling two-thirds of the octahedral interstices. This is the same stable α-Al2O3 structure as natural corundum. Therefore, ceramics have high melting points, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance. Ceramic patches have a hardness ≥ HRA85, second only to diamond, and a smooth surface with a low coefficient of friction, resulting in ideal wear resistance. Especially in high-temperature oxidizing or corrosive media, ceramic patch materials outperform other metal materials.
2. Low-Temperature Ceramics: Low-temperature ceramics are ceramics fired at relatively low temperatures. They are characterized by their softer texture, ease of processing, but lower strength. Low-temperature ceramics are commonly used in the manufacture of various daily-use ceramics, art ceramics, and architectural ceramics.
3. Fine Pottery: Fine pottery refers to ceramics with a delicate texture, soft color, and a certain degree of strength and hardness. Fine pottery is commonly used in the manufacture of various tableware, teaware, and decorative items.
4. Coarse Pottery: Coarse pottery refers to ceramics with a rough texture, a granular feel, and lower strength. Coarse pottery is commonly used in the manufacture of various flowerpots, jars, bricks, and other building materials.
5. Zisha (Purple Clay): Zisha is a special type of clay, processed using unique techniques, resulting in a distinctive purple color and texture. Zisha is commonly used in the manufacture of various teaware and cooking utensils, possessing excellent heat retention and durability.
