zirconia ceramic rod is a high-strength precision ceramic rod made from zirconia. It is commonly used in automation equipment, pump and valve systems, precision machinery, and wear-resistant transmission components, where it mainly serves guiding, positioning, supporting, electrical insulation, and wear-resistant mating functions. It helps solve the problems of rusting, wear, poor long-term dimensional stability, and insufficient insulation performance associated with metal parts.
Production is carried out according to drawings and the required rod diameter, length, and end dimensions. Under the ISO9001 quality management system, raw material batches, first-article approval, in-process sampling inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment reinspection are all controlled. Inspections cover rod diameter, length, straightness, end dimensions, as well as cracks, chipped edges, and surface defects.

Packaging & Shipping
Each rod is individually separated for packing. Products are packed by length and specification, and small-batch orders are typically shipped in cartons with cushioning materials.
