Made from 99%–99.7% high-purity alumina, they are sintered with segmented temperature control to achieve wall thicknesses of only 0.3–1.0 mm, providing a lightweight, compact solution. With minimal thermal inertia, they heat and cool rapidly for precise temperature control. High coaxiality and micrometer-level dimensional accuracy, along with stability up to 1400℃ and excellent insulation, make them ideal for precision thermocouples, micro-heaters, medical insulation components, and small aerospace parts.
