Product Introduction
Ordinary ceramics are brittle and crack easily under impact, but zirconia ceramic tubes are engineered for high toughness and wear resistance, specifically designed for the most demanding "hard-duty" applications. Made from 3Y-TZP and 8YSZ yttria-stabilized zirconia powders, these tubes are isostatically pressed and sintered at 1500–1600℃ to achieve a dense, high-strength structure. With hardness approaching that of diamond, they resist breaking even under severe impact.
In environments where ordinary ceramics fail-such as strong chemical corrosion, high mechanical vibration, and intense material abrasion-zirconia ceramic tubes excel. They withstand strong acids and alkalis, resist impact and bending, and provide wear life far beyond standard ceramic tubes.
Widely used in precision machinery, chemical transport systems, medical protection components, and new energy equipment, zirconia ceramic tubes can also replace metal parts, significantly reducing maintenance and replacement costs. They are indispensable high-end, wear-resistant components for demanding industrial applications.

Performance Advantages
High Toughness and Impact Resistance: Fracture toughness far exceeds ordinary alumina ceramics. Resistant to impact and bending, maintaining integrity under high-vibration industrial conditions.
Exceptional Wear Resistance and Longevity: Hardness approaches diamond, with extremely low friction. Minimal wear under long-term mechanical rotation or material abrasion. Replacing metal components significantly reduces maintenance costs.
Chemical and Thermal Stability: Chemically inert and stable. Resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and salts. Maintains structure at high temperatures, suitable for chemical corrosion and high-temperature processing environments.
Applications
Widely used in corrosion-resistant chemical pipelines, precision machinery wear bushings, medical insulation components, high-temperature sensor protection tubes, fiber optic communication ceramic components, mold guide pillars, and new energy battery insulation assemblies. Applicable across precision machinery, chemical, medical, electronics and communications, and new energy industries.
Material Formulation & R&D Capability
Our factory has a professional R&D team specializing in zirconia ceramic formulations. We adjust stabilizer ratios according to different working conditions, providing toughened, wear-resistant, and high-temperature grades to optimize product performance for specific customer environments.
Precision Machining Process
After sintering, tubes undergo fully automated precision grinding and polishing of inner and outer walls. Tube walls are smooth and burr-free, with strict dimensional tolerances, ensuring compatibility with precision equipment without secondary machining, improving assembly fit and performance.
