It is commonly used in electronic components, sensor assemblies, ignition devices, heater structures, and high-voltage insulation positions to enclose, isolate, and protect internal components while providing a stable mounting structure. It helps solve aging, electrical conductivity, insufficient heat resistance, and poor structural stability problems that plastic or metal housings may encounter in high-temperature, energized, and corrosive environments.

Quality Control

 

 

Production is carried out according to drawings and the required overall dimensions, opening dimensions, and mounting dimensions. Under the ISO9001 quality management system, raw material batches, first-article approval, in-process sampling inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment reinspection are all controlled. Inspections cover overall dimensions, opening dimensions, mounting dimensions, assembly faces, as well as cracks, chipped edges, and surface defects.

 

 

Packaging & Shipping

Each housing is packed individually, with special protection for outer edges, openings, assembly faces, and thin-wall areas. This helps prevent opening-edge chipping, housing cracking, and mating-surface damage caused by impact, friction, or compression during transportation. Products are packed by model and structure, and small-batch orders are typically shipped in cartons with cushioning materials.
