Product Introduction
In industrial high-temperature furnaces and heat treatment equipment, thermocouples are the core for accurate temperature measurement. The Thermocouple Ceramic Tube serves as the first line of protection, safeguarding the thermocouple and ensuring stable, precise readings.
Exposed directly to furnace gases at 1000℃–1600℃, acidic or alkaline flue gases, metallic dust, and mechanical vibration, thermocouples are prone to corrosion, oxidation, and breakage, which can cause inaccurate measurements and equipment failure. The Thermocouple Ceramic Tube is specially designed to address these challenges, making it an essential protective component in high-temperature measurement systems.
Made from 95% or 99% high-purity alumina combined with mullite, the tubes are formed via dry pressing or isostatic pressing and sintered at 1550℃–1650℃. The resulting tubes are dense, pore-free, thermally stable, and resistant to thermal shock. Available in single-hole or double-hole designs, the inner walls are smooth and precise, ensuring a tight fit around thermocouple wires. This effectively isolates the thermocouple from harsh furnace conditions while maintaining fast response and stable readings.
The tubes can withstand rapid cooling to 1100℃ without cracking and maintain shape, rigidity, and insulation even under 1500℃ long-term operation, preventing softening, deformation, or crystallization. Excellent dielectric properties eliminate leakage or tracking risks.

High-Temperature Application Experience
With over 20 years of experience in high-temperature furnace ceramics, our team understands various furnace temperature zones, flue gas compositions, and start-stop cycles. We provide precise recommendations on alumina or mullite selection to prevent cracking or oxidation, ensuring compatibility with continuous or intermittent high-temperature operations.
Custom and Non-Standard Processing
Supports extended tubes, reduced-diameter tubes, bent tubes, and sealed-end tubes. Customization can be tailored according to thermocouple type and installation space, adjusting diameter, length, and structure. No secondary processing is required, delivering a complete, ready-to-install protective solution.
Strict High-Temperature Quality Control
Before shipment, every tube undergoes high-temperature soaking, thermal cycling simulation, and dielectric testing to replicate real furnace conditions. Each Thermocouple Ceramic Tube is carefully inspected for defects, thermal shock resistance, and stable insulation, ensuring reliable quality and long service life.
